When it came to Mandala, the Sweetwater Bottling Company in Culver, Oregon had a unique product but a rather humble distribution. The product is a spring water that comes from deep within the Earth and is bottled without ever being exposed to the atmosphere. Its balance of minerals makes it one of the healthiest beverages on the planet.

Yet it needed the right name and identity to communicate its unique message to the consumer. Mandala looked to the source and created the name EARTH2O, the clean attractive label, and the positioning, all of which tested very favorably in mall intercept surveys conducted prior to the brand’s launch. Following the renaming and re-launching of the

water, EARTH2O was introduced to the public through newspaper, outdoor, radio and point of purchase in the larger markets in the Northwest. Today, EARTH2O is one of the top selling bottled waters in the West. Mandala was recognized by Graphis for the unique packaging of a new brand called Sumwadda.
