Brand iQ – Strategic Brand Planning & Management
At Mandala we're brand-centric in our approach to partnering with our clients to implement marketing that delivers business results. Whether a strategic or tactical engagement, we bring a strategic brand planning approach that reinforces your positioning while achieving measurable business results.
Design iQ – 2D, 3D & Online
Design is the visual voice of your brand. Intelligent design communicates the essence of your brand via two - and three-dimensional design for print, packaging, concept stores, retail, office or trade show and event environments. Online Mandala creates Web sites that not only provide relevant content and functionality, but also connect the users' experience with their expectation of the brand.
Messaging iQ – Print, Broadcast, Online & PR
Traditional media still forms the bedrock of a brand's marketplace communications. Mandala's creative department engages a team of talented writers, art directors and public relations specialists to craft messaging to meet your marketplace communications and business needs.
Search iQ – organic and inorganic search engine marketing
Keyword density, thematic content, long-tail searches, metatags, pay-per-click, page rank, indexing, in-bound link development, unique URL creation, CMS integrated Flash, integrated social media, ecommerce. The time has gone when all that mattered was to register and launch your Web site. Your customers research, pre-qualify and seek the opinions of others about your company and its products well before they walk through your door. Through the use of strategically applied search marketing strategies there is a very real opportunity to position your company online to create a measurable competitive advantage. Mandala has been engaged in search engine marketing for over ten years and stands ready to employ a full complement of strategies on your behalf to integrate your online marketing into your existing business model.
Social Media iQ – twitter, facebook, flickr, YouTube, Vimeo, LinkedIn
If you don't believe our communications environment is changing by the day then ask Susan Boyle America's latest media sensation. Susan's story ripped through twitter and facebook and within hours of appearing on Britain’s Got Talent Susan was the number one video watched on YouTube topping 20 million views in the first three days followed by appearances on Larry King Live and The Today Show.
Mandala has been engaged in integrating social media into brand messaging for over three years working with a broad range of clients to understand and leverage social media to work for them.
competitive advantage through intelligent technology
Mandala has a proven track record harnessing the power of social media for its clients' brands looking to create meaningful, measurable relationships with their customers.
Collective experience has shown us time and again that clients want to focus on their core business; they simply don't have the time or resources to choose the right technology and then seamlessly integrate it. Many simply don't know where to start. To paraphrase one client in regard to social media, "I don't know what it means, but what I do know is that it's significant. It's something we need to understand and that it's going to be important to our future." Our role at netwirq is to help you see the whole picture, and implement a plan that establishes a competitive advantage for your company.
Web Site iQ
When a consumer engages your sales channel or contacts you to undertake a service offering it is increasingly common for them to already understand who you are and what you do. Your marketplace is using the Internet to conduct background research and due diligence on your company, its products and services. Your Web site, therefore, has become a crucial step in the conversion of a prospect to a customer.
In order for your business to succeed you need to create a presence online that can be easily found through consistently high search engine page rank. Furthermore, you need a Web site that engages the visitor and guides them through the path to purchase. Netwirq specializes in Web site architecture design and implementation that engages state-of-the-art search engine marketing strategies, thematic content creation, link development, site analysis and traffic reporting and ongoing site testing and refinement.
twitter, flickr, facebook, Orkut, YouTube + more
Your clients are using an increasingly diverse range of tools to communicate, many of which you may not know, let alone use. To reach your audience, you must know how it communicates, and integrate these avenues into your communications technology strategy.
Social networks present real opportunities for acquiring clients; online users are now much lighter on their feet, surfing multiple venues to find the information they want. However, developing a strategy that includes social networking is not easy, nor is it right for every business. Deciding if it's the right move for yours is part of the challenge.
Netwirq is adept at educating its clients on how to take advantage of social media to communicate with their customers in a style that dovetails with where they are already comfortable. Ideally, it shouldn't matter where the potential customer is or how they are currently receiving messages; your message should be delivered in the format most suitable at that moment. Unified Messaging just became Unconscious Messaging.
Mandala was formed to provide its clients with unencumbered access to the industry’s best strategic, technological and creative minds. Mandala is led by account planning, creative, media, publishing and Internet strategy discipline directors each of whom have led technology, marketing and creative services companies on three continents. We provide not only board-level expertise in the realm of message creation, but also a proven ability to direct companies to achieve organization and operational efficiencies that take advantage of a changing business environment.
